Gifted and Talented
-
The Stanhope School District annually identifies students in kindergarten through 8th grade as gifted, talented, and twice-exceptional using multiple measures. These measures include standardized test scores, reasoning test scores, teacher recommendation, and performance on locally created benchmark assessments. Although enrichment opportunities are embedded in these students' instruction throughout the day, a pull-out program is also offered to students in grades four through 8.
